Chrome extension
The part that types.
Open any application on a system JobPilot supports and the whole form completes itself. Then it stops at the review screen and gives you back the mouse.
It’s the fastest way to finish an application, not the only one. Everything else — finding the jobs, judging them, tailoring, cover letters, tracking — works in any browser on any device, phone included.
Works on Greenhouse · Lever · Ashby · Workable · Recruitee · JazzHR · Teamtailor · Breezy · Jobvite · Paylocity · Dayforce
In Chrome · Edge · Brave · Opera · Arc
What it does
Four passes over one form
Fills what it already knows
Name, contact details, work authorisation, education, every previous role. All of it comes from the profile you filled in once.
Writes the parts that need thought
The open-ended boxes — why this role, what interests you about the company — are drafted from the posting and your own history, in your own writing voice.
Attaches the right resume
The tailored version for this job, in your original layout. Not a template it chose for you.
Asks when it genuinely doesn't know
One question, in a panel on the page, answered in a click. It goes into your profile and the next application answers it by itself.
What it never does
The list is short and it is absolute
These aren't settings you can turn off. They're rules the extension is built around.
- Presses Submit. Not on a timer, not on a setting, not ever.
- Runs on pages that aren't a job application you opened.
- Sends your resume or answers anywhere except the employer's form.
- Touches CAPTCHAs. It stops and tells you instead.
Stop retyping your address.
Free account, no card. Fill your profile once and the extension takes it from there.
