Is it free?
Yes, and it stays free. A free account scans and scores up to 500 jobs a month, fills 20 applications, and saves 5 postings, plus three tailored resumes and one cover letter to try. Pro lifts those limits — but the loop that makes JobPilot worth using is on the free plan.
Why won't it just submit for me?
Because that is the thing wrecking hiring right now. Employers are drowning in applications sent by software on someone's behalf, and the response has been to trust applications less and reply to fewer of them. JobPilot does the typing and hands the form back. The application that leaves is one a person read and chose to send — which is the only kind still worth sending.
Where do the jobs come from?
A scanner runs every day against job aggregators and public company career APIs. Postings that close get reconciled and disappear from your deck, so you aren't applying into positions that were filled last month.
What happens to my resume and my data?
It stays in your account, and every row in the database is scoped to your user with database-level isolation. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with employers you didn't apply to. Connecting your inbox is optional, read-only, and revocable from the tracker itself.
Which application forms does it work on?
Today: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, JazzHR, Teamtailor, Breezy, Jobvite, Paylocity, Dayforce. Those are the systems the fill engine has been built and tested against. Anything else, you still get the match, the resume and the tracking — you just fill that form yourself.
Does it work on my phone?
Everything except the typing. Finding jobs, swiping, tailoring and tracking all work on a phone, and you can add JobPilot to your home screen. Filling forms needs the browser extension, which phones can't run, so a job you approve on your phone fills itself the next time you're at your computer. Or finish it there and then: JobPilot writes out every answer, ready to copy.
Do I have to use Chrome?
The extension runs on Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Arc — anything built on Chromium. Everything else in JobPilot works in any browser at all.

JobPilot is built by one person, not a growth team. So there are no reviews, star ratings or user counts on this page: it's new, and inventing them would break the one promise everything here rests on.
